Try putting your finger on the lock pin and see if you can feel the motor trying to move if it is then lubrication is what it needs though. From what i have seen it seams to be a lubrication issue. If all this is working fully secure the actuator to the door by tightening the torx screws to hand tight about 14 lb ft torque.
